Next steps on impeachment. (response needed)

Dear Katy,

The dam is breaking on impeachment.

Twelve prominent House Democrats and the first Republican in Congress just broke party ranks to publicly support an impeachment inquiry of Donald Trump.1 We are at a tipping point, and it's going to take all of us to push Congress over the edge to do what's right by the Constitution and the American people.

We need your input now. What do you think is the next best step?

Ramp up pressure on House Democratic leaders to open an impeachment investigation.
Push more Democrats to co-sponsor Rep. Rashida Tlaib's impeachment resolution.
Get more Republicans to support impeachment.

Encourage more oversight from existing congressional committees.

Thanks to the activism of millions of people, including hundreds of thousands of CREDO members, we've made it politically possible for our elected representatives to take bold leadership on impeachment. Now, we need to keep the momentum going.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know where you think we should apply grassroots pressure next.

Onward,

Thaís Marques, Campaign Manager
