Ford vs. Clean Air

Greenpeace

Kathleen, Ford is putting the brakes on technology that would reduce air pollution in our cities

Kathleen-

How often do you think about the air you breathe? Millions of Americans live in places with dangerous levels of air pollution, and one big problem is the number of cars on our roads.1 Right now, Ford is fighting a standard that would improve help air quality in our cities.2

Tell Ford to stop fighting strong fuel standards that would help improve air quality!

We're here today at the Washington, D.C. auto show to put pressure on Ford and demand that the company support strong fuel efficiency standards for our cars and trucks.

Strong fuel standards would reduce the tremendous impact of cars and trucks on the road, to fight climate change and improve air quality.3 Poor air quality affects the most vulnerable populations among us. Exposure to high levels of air pollution during pregnancy, for example, has been linked to miscarriages, premature births and childhood asthma.4

Demand that Ford put clean cars in the fast lane.

Solutions for cleaner cars are here today. But Ford is dragging its feet so it can continue to sell gas-guzzing trucks. Let's demand that Ford stop putting the brakes on technology and help clean up our air!

Thanks for all you do,
