IT'S TIME TO THINK BEYOND]() | | Kathleen, | | I felt it, you felt it, we all felt it — this year was hot as hell. | | So while I'm giving thanks that the weather is finally cooling down, as I look forward to next year, and realize that our summers are only going to get hotter, with even worse natural disasters, one thing becomes crystal clear: we can't keep operating "business as usual." | | That's why this Giving Tuesday, I'm taking time to help out my friends at Greenpeace USA fighting to stop the corporate madness and political indifference, and get sh*t done to save the only future we've got. Please Kathleen, will you make a gift to Greenpeace before midnight to join the fight for a future we can all look forward to? A group of generous Greenpeace USA donors understand this too, because they've pledged to 5X-match each dollar you donate — up to a total of $100,000 — to make your gift go 5X times as far. | | | | See, I've taken a few trips around the sun. I've seen the world change more in the past few decades than I ever thought possible. We've known that the continued drilling and burning of fossil fuels could bring about a future climate catastrophe since 1959 — back when I was 20!
