| The books we read as children influence who we are as adults. For example, a few years ago, President Obama shared a list of his favorite children’s books. |
| For comparison, we Googled the favorite childhood books of Donald Trump and found … nothing. In fact, to this day, Trump reads as little as possible, according to reports. In his book Fire and Fury, Michael Wolff writes that Trump "didn’t read. He didn’t really even skim. Some believed that for all practical purposes he was no more than semi-literate." |
| So let’s assume – since you’re reading this blog – that you’re a progressive and you’d like your children or other children you love to be more like Barack Obama and less like Donald Trump. What books might you read with them? Or give them to read on their own? |
