Instead of stopping DHS from ripping children from their families, Trump's new directive gives DHS the power to detain children and parents in family prisons indefinitely.1 Exchanging one humanitarian crisis for another is not a solution. We must keep up the fight to protect our immigrant family members, friends and neighbors from these vile attacks.
